I traveled here from Florida State for a concert event. I am staying at a family owned establishment Apple Annie's Inn. My room is clean, fresh new sheets and pillows. I didnt hear any noise from the other guests, and the air conditioning was fantastic because I have complete control how warm or cool I want my room. The young gentleman at the service desk was very accommodating and shared some tips to safely navigate Nashville for my event, as I have traveled solo for this trip. This is also located within a short distance to many nice bars and restaurants which was very convenient. #1 perk, safe parking right outside my door!
Was skeptical when I pulled up, but actually really enjoyed my stay. I even stayed a sexond night. The manager Pete was friendly and the room was clean and had a ceiling fan! Yes a ceiling fan is an awesome thing! Bed was comfortable and really hot shower!
The motel isn't bad, it's just the shady characters you see that walk up and down that area of Dickerson Pike that may be. The room is a nice size for the price you pay. It's located relatively close to downtown (7 mins) and their prices always stay the same regardless of the time of year it is (most hotels price gouge during New Year's Eve). The only thing I didn't like is there isn't enough towels in the room but I'm sure you can always ask for more. All in all I enjoyed my stay.

We had a hiccup checking in but it was quickly corrected. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very close to downtown. We will definitely stay again when we are in town.
We were looking for a hotel or motel to stay for one night in Nashville that is close to the Nissan stadium. Apple Annie's Inn is 2 miles away which was perfect as we walked to the stadium to avoid traffic. The double bed room was clean! Features: spacious bathroom, mini frige, microwave, t.v. with cable, coffee pot. Price was VERY reasonable, too. Next time we attend another concert, we're definitely staying at Apple Annie's Inn.
Nice and clean with the affordable price. Have access for disabled person and they have rooms available for disability which I liked it. I had a surgery done and it was really convenient for me to have the access to move around in and out of the bathroom shower and easy to get in and out of the building..if we go back to Nashville probably stay there for convenience
